What “halal” means in this shop

We do not use the word as decoration. Every meat SKU comes from a zabiha supplier we have visited or audited through documents we keep on file. If the chain of custody is fuzzy, we do not sell it.

Pantry and sweets are screened for alcohol, pork derivatives, and unnamed “natural flavors” that hide gelatin. Dairy uses microbial or vegetarian enzymes. When a product is only “suitable for vegetarians,” we still check the line.

This is a grocery, not a certification body. We are honest about that. What we can promise is the work: suppliers named, batches dated, and a person on the other end of hello@halalshoponline.com if you want the paperwork for a specific item.
